After receiving your application we’ll send you written confirmation of receipt. If we share your opinion that you could be right for our firm, we’ll contact you swiftly to arrange an interview. Depending on the position you are applying for, your interview will be attended mostly by partners and associates of the department in which you wish to work or by team managers and staff of the Business Services department. At this interview you’ll receive clear-cut answers to your questions and you’ll be able to gain a first impression of your future workplace.

It’s important to us that our employees find lasting enjoyment in their work. This means that they should also be able to lead a fulfilling private life. We’ll help you achieve this: office attendance is not a credo. Our firm is not interested in having you sit out working hours, your job is to complete the standard, agreed workload. Additionally, you’ll have 30 days of vacation which, like weekends, are there for your recreation.

Naturally, we have employees who work part-time. We also offer job-sharing models. We support our employees in reconciling their work with their family life. We also offer individual solutions, e.g. give you time-off to write your doctorate or to sit for specialist legal or tax exams.
