Real Estate Law
Your projects on safe ground.
Hardly any other market is as dynamic as the real estate sector. While deconstruction, restructuring, consolidation or co-working can affect individual properties, entire portfolios continue to attract buyers and require innovative real estate financing models.
We provide real estate law advice on individual projects, real estate portfolios or shares in real estate companies as well as on financing or restructuring, project development and the expansion/conversion of industrial and commercial estates. Besides our transacting and financing skills, we have many years of expertise in commercial tenancy law and public law.
Our clients are leading companies in the hotel, retail and real estate industry, real estate funds, financial investors, banks and companies with large real estate portfolios as well as other project participants.
Our range of advice includes:
- Real estate transactions, including portfolio sales and purchases in the form of share or asset deals
- Sale-and-lease-back structures
- Real estate financing
- Project developments and project management agreements
- Commercial tenancy law
- Public building and planning law and environmental law issues
