Marvin Rochner

Experience

Marvin Rochner specialises in real estate law, in particular real estate transactions, commercial tenancy and leasehold law, and construction contract law.

One of his focuses is the contract structuring of project developments – from the initial acquisition of the real estate, through deconstruction and redevelopment measures, to the lease and sale. In addition, Marvin Rochner advises national and international clients from the industrial and automotive sectors on the expansion, conversion or relocation of industrial, administrative and production sites. He also has extensive experience with agricultural and forestry real estate, and riding facilities.

 

Education

Marvin Rochner has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2016. During his legal training, he worked at the German-Slovenian Chamber of Industry & Commerce (AHK) in Ljubljana and in the Commercial Law department of an international major law firm. He studied law at the University of Tübingen.

Marvin Rochner is a member of the Working Group for Construction and Real Estate Law of the German Bar Association (ARGE Baurecht). He successfully completed the specialised course for lawyers on construction and architectural law.
