Experience

Renée Cherelle Eckruth advises national and international companies on German and European antitrust law. Her work includes in particular the prohibition of cartels and abusive practices as well as merger control. She also advises on European state aid law. 

Further focuses of her work is advice to companies on issues relating to supply chain compliance and distribution law issues.

She also has experience in the enforcement and defence of civil law claims.

Renée Cherelle Eckruth is a member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht.

Education

Renée Cherelle Eckruth has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2022. She studied law at the Philipps University of Marburg. Prior to her legal internship, she had already worked as a research assistant in the field of antitrust and state aid law at Oppenhoff.

During her legal internship, Renée Cherelle Eckruth worked at, among others, Oppenhoff in the field of antitrust and state aid law in Frankfurt am Main and Hamburg.
