Experience

Philipp Heinrichs advises and represents German and foreign companies on all aspects of corporate law, stock corporation law and group law, as well as venture capital financing, with a focus on advising on corporate codetermination. Additionally, he handles cross-border transformations in the context of reorganisations and complex corporate transactions.

As a member of the Automotive practice group, he advises international automobile manufacturers as well as other companies in the mobility industry.

Furthermore, Philipp Heinrichs is author of legal commentaries on transformation law and professional law.

Education

Philipp Heinrichs has been an attorney at Oppenhoff since 2019. He previously worked as an attorney at Clifford Chance in Düsseldorf. He studied law at the University of Münster and University of Iceland.

He completed his legal training at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and at Bayerische Motorenwerke Aktiengesellschaft, among others. In 2021 he was awarded his doctorate at the University of Münster with his thesis on singular admission to the German Federal Court of Justice.
