Moritz Coché

Experience

Moritz Coché advises and represents national and international companies on all areas of individual and collective employment law. His activities include, in particular, the drafting, implementation and termination of employment and service agreements as well as advice on operational and corporate co-determination. A focus of his work is the provision of employment law advice during corporate reorganisations and the reorganisation of structures under shop constitutional law. In addition, Moritz Coché advises companies on matters concerning company pension law, including the introduction and adjustment of pension codes and promises, on questions concerning deferred remuneration and on the handling of pension promises upon the termination of employment relationships.

 

Education

Moritz Coché has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2021. He studied law at the University of Cologne with a focus on employment law. Prior to his legal internship, Moritz Coché already worked as a research assistant in Oppenhoff's employment law practice group.

Moritz Coché's legal training included internships in Oppenhoff's employment law department and in the people & reward/employment law department of the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Düsseldorf.
