Maximilian Broich has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2025. He studied law at the University of Cologne and spent a semester abroad at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. During his academic work at the Institute for European Economic Law at the University of Cologne, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law. Previously, he worked as a research assistant in the antitrust law department at Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf. During his legal training, he completed internships at the Permanent Mission of Germany to the United Nations in New York and at major international law firms in Cologne.
