Kristin Vogt-Schories advises international and domestic clients on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, predominantly in the healthcare, life sciences, chemical and technology sectors. In addition, Kristin Vogt-Schories regularly advises on general corporate and group law matters, such as formations, entries into the German legal market, the establishment of corporate governance structures, intra-group agreements and day-to-day corporate organisational matters.

Education

Kristin Vogt-Schories has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2022. Prior to joining Oppenhoff, Kristin was senior associate at DLA Piper UK LLP. She studied law at the universities of Bremen, Rostock and Cologne, earned her LL.M. degree in corporate and finance law at the Queen Mary University of London, and worked as a fully-qualified lawyer for well known business law firms in Cologne as well as at KPMG’s audit committee institute, a special department consulting supervisory boards in Frankfurt/Main. Her legal training included an internship at the German Embassy in Moscow.
