Experience

Konstantin Ogilvie advises national and international companies on all matters relating to German and European antitrust law, as well as EU state aid law. His practice focuses in particular on antitrust and anti-abuse provisions, as well as merger control.

 

Education

Konstantin Ogilvie has been an attorney at Oppenhoff since 2026. He studied law at the universities of Bonn and Prague and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Edinburgh. After completing his studies, he worked as a research associate in antitrust law at Freshfields. As part of his legal clerkship, Konstantin Ogilvie has already completed a rotation at Oppenhoff, as well as rotations at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action in Berlin and at Freshfields in Brussels, among others.
