Cornelia-Cristina Scupra

Experience

Cornelia-Cristina Scupra works in the field of employment law. She advises national and international enterprises on all areas of individual and collective employment law, in particular on the drafting, implementation and termination of employment and service agreements. A particular focus of her work is the provision of advice to employers on company pension law, social security issues, and the employment law aspects of M&A transactions. Cornelia-Cristina Scupra also assists clients in their restructuring projects and represents employers before the German labour courts. 

Cornelia-Cristina Scupra is a member of the Latin America Desk at Oppenhoff and the Trade and Consumer Goods sector group.

 

Education

Cornelia-Cristina Scupra has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2017. She completed her law studies at the Goethe-University in Frankfurt am Main. Whilst studying, she worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Frankfurt am Main (people & reward/employment law). Her legal training included internships at White & Case LLP (employment law) and DLA Piper UK LLP (employment law) in Frankfurt am Main.
