Quantum Frontline Industries: Oppenhoff advises Frontline Robotics on German-Ukrainian joint venture for drone production
Oppenhoff provided comprehensive legal advice to Ukrainian company Frontline Robotics on the establishment of the joint venture Quantum Frontline Industries with German company Quantum Systems GmbH.
The aim of the partnership is the industrial production in Germany of drones Linza 3.0 developed by Frontline Robotics. 100% of the drones produced will be supplied to the Defense Forces of Ukraine. The first drones are scheduled to be delivered in Q1 2026.
Under the Ukrainian government’s “Build with Ukraine” initiative, the German site will manufacture a multi-purpose drone designed to perform logistics and reconnaissance missions, among other operational functions.
Quantum Systems will provide industrial infrastructure and production operations, while Frontline Robotics contributes licensed designs, training, and full lifecycle support in line with NATO standards. Together, they are making an important contribution to supplying Ukraine with modern drone technology.
