Oppenhoff appoints new partners as of 1 July 2023

Oppenhoff has appointed Marvin Rochner as partner and Moritz Schmitz as junior partner with effect from 1 July 2023.

Myriam Baars-Schilling, the firm’s chairwoman, commented: "I am pleased that the circle of partners continues to grow from our own ranks. With their dedication, Marvin Rochner and Moritz Schmitz have made an important contribution to their respective departments and the firm as a whole for years."

Marvin Rochner specialises in real estate law, in particular real estate transactions, commercial tenancy and lease law, and construction contract law. His focus is on consulting and contract drafting during project developments. Oppenhoff is further expanding this strategically important area and is increasingly advising on project developments over their entire life cycle.

Moritz Schmitz advises on national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions as well as on corporate law. A particular focus of his work is the healthcare sector.
