Oppenhoff advises SWARCO on acquisition of Dynniq Mobility

Oppenhoff has advised SWARCO AG on the acquisition of the Mobility division of the Dynniq Group, coordinating the work of foreign law firms in nine jurisdictions.

Dynniq Mobility, which is headquartered in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, has 39 sites in the Netherlands, Great Britain, Ireland, Finland, Belgium, Poland, Croatia, Denmark, Sweden and Lithuania. The company has a strong market position in the areas of urban and interurban traffic management and public lighting, as well as extensive know-how in the management of large infrastructure projects. With the acquisition of Dynniq Mobility, the SWARCO Group is growing by approximately 1,100 employees and an additional turnover of over 200 million euro.  

The transport technology group SWARCO, which is headquartered in Wattens near Innsbruck, Austria, has an international network of production facilities, sites and partners on all continents. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of solutions for road marking, signage, urban traffic management, parking, motorway and tunnel management and public transport.

The Oppenhoff team, led by Myriam Baars-Schilling, included Anna-Catharina von Girsewald and Sebastian Gutmann (all Corporate/M&A).

At SWARCO AG, the transaction was led by Anna Chiara Resch (Head of Legal Affairs SWARCO) and Lucas Kornacher (Head of Strategy/M&A).
