Oppenhoff advises Rüger Holding on conclusion of TRIBE hotel lease agreement

Oppenhoff has advised the real estate investment company Dr. Rüger Holding GmbH & Co. KG on the conclusion of a hotel lease agreement with Ennismore Germany GmbH and KNSA Hospitality. The hotel, which will have 146 rooms, will open in Düsseldorf-Friedrichstadt in 2024. It will be the first TRIBE Hotel established by Ennismore in Germany with KNSA.

Rüger Holding is a family-owned real estate company that invests in residential and commercial properties in Germany and the United States. The portfolio comprises hotel, retail, office and residential properties with a focus on Berlin, Cologne and Düsseldorf as well as South Florida (USA). The company was founded in the 1960s by Dr. Renatus Rüger and is now managed by his children Diana Gerdom and René Gerdom.

Ennismore is one of the fastest growing companies in the lifestyle-hospitality industry.

KNSA Hospitality is a start-up with an established portfolio of lifestyle hotels, including 25hours, Mama Shelter, Jo&Joe and Hoxton.
