Oppenhoff advises former CEO and shareholder Dietmar Axt on his withdrawal from Mustang

Oppenhoff has advised Dietmar Axt, the former CEO and shareholder of Mustang, on his withdrawal from the Baden-Württemberg textile company. Axt sold his shares to a co-shareholder. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Dietmar Axt had already resigned from his office as CEO in 2019 after eight years. Differences of opinion arose upon his withdrawal from the company as a shareholder. These were resolved by the parties in a notarial general settlement.

Mustang was founded as a family company. The shares in Mustang GmbH are held on behalf of various investors by a holding company. The denim specialist, based in Schwäbisch Hall, has about 120 employees.

Dietmar Axt was advised by Dr. Sebastian Zeeck (lead partner, Corporate & M&A) and Dr. Vanessa Pickenpack (Litigation).
