Oppenhoff advises Bethmann on new lease of Bethmannhof in Frankfurt

Oppenhoff has advised Bethmann Liegenschafts KG on the leasing of the Bethmannhof in Frankfurt. The new tenant of the 7,000 square meter complex opposite Frankfurt's Paulskirche will be the creative center Massif Central.
The building, which housed Bethmann Bank until 2018, was temporarily leased to Frankfurt Economic Development last year, which set up a "House of Creativity and Innovation" there as part of a pilot project.
The opening of the new Massif Central is to be celebrated at the end of August 2023.
An Oppenhoff team led by partner Dr. Gregor Seikel advised Bethmann Liegenschafts KG on the lease. The team also included partners Marc Alexander Häger and Stefanie Minzenmay. Oppenhoff has a long-standing business relationship with the landlord and has already advised Bethmann Liegenschafts KG on other mandates.
