Iurratio Awards 2024: Oppenhoff best employer in the area of health & work-life balance

Oppenhoff has taken first place in the iurratio Awards 2024 as "Best Employer for Career Entry in the Area of Health & Work-Life Balance". This category recognises law firms that provide particularly good support in reconciling family and career as well as providing additional offers relating to health and stress reduction.

Oppenhoff achieved an outstanding fifteenth place in the renowned REF50 ranking of the best law firms for career starters and sixth place as “Best Employer in the Cologne Region”.

In the area of training and further education, the law firm took eighth place this year and impresses in particular with its comprehensive support to lawyers wishing to acquire additional qualifications - for example, lawyers can complete specialist lawyer training, for which they are released from work at full pay.

Oppenhoff also took eighth place in the area of legal tech and digitisation. The law firm regularly develops solutions for clients using BRYTER software and is currently testing software that utilises artificial intelligence in several projects. Lawyers, trainee lawyers and research assistants can actively participate in the various projects.

For example, Oppenhoff supports parents with childcare places and emergency childcare, offers modern home office arrangements and various flexible working time models. With the newly founded mOve&mind initiative, Oppenhoff has combined all company health management services as well as numerous other activities into a holistic concept. The programme is constantly being expanded and adapted to requirements. The FeelGood team set up by Dominique Rauner-Dujic, Melanie Klein and Julia Witte also regularly implements further ideas from colleagues.
