First flagship store in Hamburg: Oppenhoff advises Moida K-beauty on its market entry in Germany

Oppenhoff has advised Moida K-beauty on entering the German market and its first retail space in Hamburg.

By leasing around 1,200 m² of space in the Semperhaus, Moida K-beauty is opening its first German flagship store and continuing its international expansion.  The opening of the store in the heart of Hamburg’s city center is planned for the near future.

The Oppenhoff team was led by Marc Alexander Häger, who advised Moida K-beauty on its market entry in Germany and the lease agreement.

Moida K-beauty, a cosmetics retail concept originating from South Korea, is expanding into the German market for the first time with its Hamburg store.

By entering the Hamburg market, Moida K-Beauty is expanding its European presence and tapping into one of Germany's most important retail markets.

The Oppenhoff team includes Marc Alexander Häger (lead), Caner Ertasoglu, and Marvin Rochner (all real estate) as well as Dr. Daniel Gellrich (tax law).
