Sarah Liomin

Sarah Liomin’s practice focuses on retail, distribution and logistics. She provides comprehensive support to companies in the negotiation of commercial contracts and drafts complex contractual frameworks across the entire supply chain, ranging from R&D agreements and supply agreements to various types of distribution agreements. She advises and supports business operations across various industries, with a particular focus on consumer goods, industrial goods, luxury goods, and IT products.

Another key area of her practice is providing legal support for the establishment of international distribution systems. This includes, in particular, selective distribution systems for luxury brands and complex franchise systems. In addition, she advises on competition law and the protection of intellectual property, particularly with regard to contractual protection of know-how and software licensing (SaaS contracts).
