Franziska Goetjes advises and represents companies and individuals on corporate and inheritance law matters, taking into account cross-border aspects. As a member of the Succession, Wealth & Foundations practice group, she also advises private clients, family-owned companies and foundations on all questions of corporate and asset succession, as well as on all questions concerning the establishment and operation of foundations.
Franziska Goetjes has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2023. She studied law at the University of Münster and at Trinity College Dublin. She also worked as a research assistant in the private clients sector of an international commercial law firm in Munich. During her legal internship, Franziska Goetjes worked in the corporate law/M&A department of a major law firm in Frankfurt am Main.
