Florian Breitreiner specialises in advising German and foreign companies on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions (M&A), as well as other matters relating to company law and general commercial law. He primarily advises internationally active medium-sized companies in the manufacturing, transport and defence sectors. Florian Breitreiner possesses particular expertise in the ‘airport-related’ sector, where he assists airports, ground handling companies and airlines with airport-specific matters.

He studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and completed his legal training in Munich as well. Prior to his studies, he successfully completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk at Bayerische Vereinsbank AG.
