Dr. Christiane Zedelius

Dr. Christiane Zedelius has many years of experience in the fields of distribution and commercial law. She advises companies on the procurement and international sale of their goods. On the procurement side, this includes, in particular, framework purchasing and development partnerships, as well as the monitoring of the supply chain in accordance with the relevant current legal requirements. On the sales side, Christiane Zedelius advises on matters including authorised dealer, commercial agent and franchise structures, as well as licence agreements, and supports companies in developing their international sales strategies.

Christiane Zedelius advises a range of industrial sectors and has, in particular, extensive experience in establishing selective distribution systems for luxury brands, including the management of European brands in Asia. Another focus is advising start-ups during their growth phases and supporting them with cooperation and licence agreements.

Christiane Zedelius is a member of the WECONOMY jury and acts as a mentor for various start-up accelerators.
