Carolin Roßkothen has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2023. Before joining Oppenhoff, she worked as a lawyer at Latham & Watkins in the areas corporate/M&A and private equity. She studied law at the University of Münster, worked as a research assistant at the Institute for International Business Law under Prof Dr. Ingo Saenger and earned her doctorate at the University of Münster in 2014 with a dissertation on corporate law and insolvency law. During her legal internship, Carolin Roßkothen worked inter alia at the Chamber for Commercial Matters at the Regional Court of Hamburg and at the Paris office of Latham & Watkins in the Corporate/M&A department.
