Patrick Vapore

Experience

Patrick Vapore advises and represents national and international companies in matters of civil, commercial and business law. His work includes out-of-court dispute resolution as well as the enforcement and defence of claims before the state courts and arbitral tribunals.

A further focus of his work is German and European antitrust law. This includes, in particular, advice on antitrust compliance and German and European merger control as well as the enforcement and defence of antitrust damage claims. Patrick Vapore is member of the French Desk.

Education

Patrick Vapore has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2021. He studied law at the University of Bremen and at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn. After completing his studies, he worked as a research assistant in an international commercial law firm in Düsseldorf. During his legal internship, Patrick Vapore worked for Gleiss Lutz in Düsseldorf in the area of antitrust law and for the Representation of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in Brussels. During his legal internship, he also worked as a research assistant at Luther in the area of litigation and arbitration.
