Terms and conditions for participating in the prize draw for a church boat trip

1. In connection with your participation in the prize draw, i.e. especially the use of the cloakroom facilities, participation in the rowing trip and use of the shower facilities, Oppenhoff is liable only for damage caused through wilful intent or gross negligence.
    
2. In the event of harm to life, physical wellbeing or health as well as damages resulting from the breach of a cardinal obligation (i.e. duties whose fulfilment is required to achieve the objective of the contract), Oppenhoff is already liable for slight negligence, including that of its representatives or vicarious agents.
    
3. In the event of a breach of cardinal obligations, the liability is limited in terms of amount to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract, unless another of the cases of extended liability listed above occurs at the same time.
