Oppenhoff & Partner has gained the employment lawyer Anja Dombrowsky as well as M&A experts Till Liebau and Dr. Markus Rasner to further expand its office in Frankfurt am Main. The lawyers transferred from Graf von Westphalen to Oppenhoff’s Frankfurt office at the beginning of July. The three new partners already worked together for many years at CMS Hasche Sigle prior to working at GvW.

As a strategic investor, DuMont acquires up to 37.5% of the shares in censhare AG and thereby expands its "digital business". By the end of last year, DuMont already invested in Facelift brand building technologies GmbH. This transaction has also been advised by Oppenhoff & Partner.

Oppenhoff & Partner’s Latin America Desk has advised the project developer AustrianSolar Chile SpA in connection with the project “Huatacondo”, a 98 MW solar park in northern Chile. Specifically, Oppenhoff & Partner drafted the contracts for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and operation as well as maintenance (O&M) of the solar park and also provided advice to the client over many months of negotiations with the contractor, sponsors and lenders.
