Oppenhoff & Partner advises P. Van De Velde on the acquisition of German cardboard maker Bergische Kartonagenfabrik
Oppenhoff & Partner has advised the Belgian family-run enterprise P. Van De Velde Group on the acquisition of Bergische Kartonagenfabrik Fritz Nießen located in Velbert.
With the acquisition, P. Van De Velde is further expanding its activities in the folding boxes sector (Van De Velde Packaging) on the German market. Bergische Kartonagenfabrik specialises in the manufacture of cardboard products in both the food and non-food sectors for its customers in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
