Oppenhoff advises SCHELL partners on sale to Paragon Partners

Oppenhoff has advised the partners of SCHELL GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of the company to Paragon Partners. The closing of the transaction is still subject to clearance by the relevant competition authorities and is anticipated for May 2025.

SCHELL GmbH & Co. KG, based in Olpe in the Sauerland region, is an internationally established specialist in fittings, innovative products for sanitary technology and digital solutions for maintaining drinking water quality. The company is a global market leader in water management systems and angle valves. SCHELL employs around 450 people and is active in over 80 countries. With its water-saving fittings and angle valves, SCHELL offers future-oriented solutions for a sustainable and resource-efficient use of water.

Paragon Partners is an owner-managed investment company that has been investing in medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries since its foundation in 2004. Paragon's portfolio covers various industries and currently consists of thirteen companies. The company is based in Munich and manages equity capital of more than €2.4 billion.
