Retail and consumer goods: Marc Häger takes over as head of sector group
Marc Häger took over as head of the retail and consumer goods sector group on 1 January 2026. He succeeds Jörn Kuhn, who has been the new chairman of Oppenhoff since the beginning of the year.
Marc Häger has many years of experience in advising companies in the retail and consumer goods industry and previously already headed the fashion and luxury clients division within the sector group.
His focus is on real estate law. In this context, he advises national and international companies, in particular on retail-related real estate transactions, expansion and location strategies, restructuring, as well as the leasing and letting of retail and other commercial space. His regular clients include numerous well-known retail companies and rental companies, real estate funds, asset managers, as well as national and international real estate investors.
