The Lawyer: Oppenhoff nominated as German Law Firm of the Year

The independent commercial law firm Oppenhoff has been nominated as “German Law Firm of the Year 2020” at this year's The Lawyer European Awards.

For over ten years, the renowned British industry medium The Lawyer has been honouring the leading independent law firms in numerous European countries. Among other things, it assesses special developments made by the law firm in the home market as well as its international activities. The winner will be announced on 1 December.

Dr. Gilbert Wurth, Oppenhoff’s spokesman: “We are extremely pleased with our nomination as Law Firm of the Year. It confirms our success, also on the international stage, and is a further acknowledgement of our positive development.”

For many years, Oppenhoff has advised companies from all over the world on their activities in Germany and has supported German entrepreneurs in the global economy. Oppenhoff was acknowledged in the 2019 JUVE Awards as Law Firm of the Year in the West. In the recently published in-house counsel survey of Kanzleimonitor.de 2020/21, Oppenhoff achieved a strong seventh place in the overall ranking of TOP 100 law firms. Only recently, Oppenhoff was named by WirtschaftsWoche as one of the top law firms in the fields of public procurement, data protection and information technology.
