The commercial law firm Oppenhoff & Partner has been honoured as the most innovative employer for young lawyers. The prestigious careers magazine azur has awarded the Innovation Award 2019 to Oppenhoff for the firm’s sustained commitment to the promotion of young legal talent.
The jury highlighted in particular the firm’s job-sharing model for salaried lawyers, with which Oppenhoff “is setting standards in the world of law firms“. With this, the editorial office honoured the law firm’s efforts in puncto part-time work and work-life balance.

Every year, the editorial office of azur honours three employers from the field of law for their particular commitment to promoting young legal talent. Besides law firms, the shortlist for the award includes legal departments, authorities and consultancy firms.
The results of azur’s 2018 survey of candidates and associates were also presented at the awards ceremony. In the survey for the current ranking of the 100 top employers, interviewees highlighted amongst other things the positive work climate at Oppenhoff, the good career prospects and its clear structures.
Oppenhoff & Partner was already honoured in 2012 and 2016 with the azur magazine’s “legal internship and work experience” award.
