Moritz Kaiser has been an attorney at Oppenhoff since 2025. He studied law at the University of Greifswald and the University of Hamburg and worked as a research assistant in the Dispute Resolution department at Freshfields. During his legal clerkship, Moritz Kaiser completed placements at Bird & Bird and DLA Piper in the Corporate/M&A department, among others. Before joining Oppenhoff, he worked as a lawyer at Linklaters in the Private Equity department.
