Martin Grünnagel advises and represents German and foreign companies in the insurance sector in particular on all matters of corporate insurance law and corporate law. His work includes advising on insurance supervision and insurance distribution law. He also provides legal support during national and international M&A transactions. Martin Grünnagel is a member of the Insurance sector group.
Martin Grünnagel has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2025. He studied law at Saarland University and at the University of Exeter (United Kingdom) with a focus on business law. Martin Grünnagel’s legal training included working for Eversheds Sutherland in the Litigation & Dispute Management department and for the German Consulate General in Mumbai. Before transferring to Oppenhoff, he was a lawyer in the field of corporate insurance law at Bach Langheid Dallmayr.
