Anne Beer is a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law, specializing in providing comprehensive legal advice to companies and foundations. Her practice focuses in particular on advising and representing companies and high net worth individuals on corporate and inheritance law issues, with a particular emphasis on cross-border matters.

As a member of the Succession, Assets, and Foundations practice group, Anne Beer primarily advises high net worth individuals, family businesses, and foundations on all matters relating to corporate and asset succession, as well as on the establishment and ongoing management of foundations.

Education

Anne Beer has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2025. She studied law at the University of Marburg and worked there as a research assistant, including in inheritance and international private law at the chair of Prof. Dr. Gounalakis. Before and during her legal clerkship, Anne Beer gained practical experience in the field of corporate/M&A as a research assistant and trainee lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Before joining Oppenhoff, she worked for several years as a lawyer in a law firm specializing in commercial and corporate law.
