Dr. Agnès Reinhold

Experience

Agnès Reinhold advises national and international companies on German, French and European antitrust law and EU state aid law. A particular focus of her work is the prohibition of cartels and abusive practices as well as merger control. Agnès Reinhold also has experience in antitrust compliance advice and in defending and enforcing cartel damage claims. A further focus of her work is sales law.

Agnès Reinhold is a member of Oppenhoff’s French Desk and the sector groups Compliance & Internal Investigations and Retail & Consumer Goods.

 

Education

Agnès Reinhold has been with Oppenhoff since 2025. She is admitted to practice law in France (avocate). She studied law in Lille, Strasbourg, Paris and Heidelberg and worked as a research assistant in the antitrust and merger control department at Oppenhoff. As part of her training, Agnès Reinhold completed an internship at the German-French law firm hw&h in Paris in the field of antitrust, distribution and consumer protection law. Before joining Oppenhoff, Agnès Reinhold worked at the Chair of Global Business Law, International Arbitration and Civil Law under Prof. Dr. Florian Bien and at the Chair of German and European Private Law and International Private Law under Prof. Dr. Eva-Maria Kieninger. In 2023, Agnès Reinhold earned her doctorate in law at the University of Würzburg and the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University on a topic related to antitrust law.
