1. What personal data do we collect from you?

Personal data is all information about an identified or identifiable natural person that you provide to us or that is generated or collected by us, in particular:

Participation data: when you participate in our competition via the registration button, we process your name, the name of the company you have provided, your e-mail address and telephone number in order to determine the winner of the competition.

2. For what purpose, on what legal basis and for how long do we process your personal data?

When you participate in our competition, we use your participation data to conduct the competition and determine the winners, and especially to inform you in case of a possible win.

The legal basis for the data processing is the performance of a contract for participation in the competition (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

This data will be deleted after the end of the competition.

3. Disclosure of the data

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties.

4. Your rights to information, correction, blocking or deletion

Any natural person whose personal data we process fundamentally has (i.e. depending on the respective conditions) the following rights against us:

  • Should you have any questions about our processing of your personal data, we would be pleased to provide you, at any time and at no charge, with information about your personal data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR).
  • You are entitled to have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed (Art. 16 GDPR).
  • You are entitled to the blocking / restricted processing or deletion of personal data about you that is no longer needed or to be stored due to legal obligations (Art. 17, 18 GDPR).
  • You have a right to have the data transferred in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, insofar as you have provided us with the data on the basis of your consent or on the basis of a contract between us and you (Art. 20 GDPR).
  • You are entitled to object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes (Art. 21 (2) and (3) GDPR)).
  • You have a right of objection on grounds of a processing based on a legitimate interest, with it being understood that, in this case, we can present our compelling reasons (Art. 21(1) GDPR).
  • Insofar as you have consented to the processing of your data, you can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future, i.e. this does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing up to the time of revocation. After revocation of consent, it is possible that you may no longer be able to use our services.

Please contact us with your request in writing (keyword: data protection) or by e-mail to the contact details given in point 5. We reserve the right to verify your identity to ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to unauthorised persons.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority for data protection.
