Temporary Employment: AÜG Reform Enters the Home Straight

Following three years of parliamentary and extra-parliamentary debate, on 25 November 2016 the Bundesrat has now also formally approved the new regulation of temporary employment and contracts for work. The Act will enter into force on 1 April 2017.
