Christof Gaudig will be transferring as a partner to the law firm of Oppenhoff & Partner in Cologne on 1 November and will be strengthening the firm’s corporate/M&A practice. The transaction specialist, who has years of experience in this field, is transferring from the international law firm of Mayer Brown, where he has worked since 1997.
