Whereas an employee previously had to follow what - in his opinion – was an unreasonable order until the invalidity of such order had been established by an employment court, in future he will be able to directly refuse to carry it out. In this case, however, he bears the risk of the employment court not only subsequently deeming the order to be valid, but also of his possible dismissal declared on grounds of his refusal.
