Oppenhoff appoints new junior partners as of 1 July

Oppenhoff has elected Marco Degginger, Caterina Hanke, Dr. Philipp Heinrichs and Hanjo Prondzinski as junior partners with effect from 1 July 2022.

Marco Degginger (IT Law and Data Protection), 31, advises and represents national and international companies on IT and data protection law issues. One focus of his work is advising on data protection law in the healthcare sector. He also assists clients in drafting contracts in the areas of data protection, cloud computing and in software projects.

Caterina Hanke (Litigation and Arbitration, Intellectual Property), 31, advises and represents companies in and out of court in commercial disputes. Her work includes, in particular, the defence and enforcement of damage claims. She also represents her clients in arbitration proceedings. Additionally, Caterina Hanke advises on trademark matters and launched the e-sports initiative at Oppenhoff.

Dr. Philipp Heinrichs (Corporate Law/M&A), 32, advises and represents German and foreign companies on all matters of corporate law as well as stock corporation and group law. One focus of his work is advising on company codetermination. He additionally handles cross-border transformations in the context of restructurings. Philipp Heinrichs is also a member of the Automotive Practice Group.

Hanjo Prondzinski (Tax Law), 35, advises national and international companies on all legal issues of national and international tax law, in particular on M&A issues and on the structuring and restructuring of corporate groups. His work also includes advising on tax audits and in extrajudicial and judicial proceedings.

Most recently, Oppenhoff strengthened its partnership through the addition of tax lawyer Jan Mohrmann  and energy lawyer Dr. Carmen Schneider.
