Oppenhoff supports milestone: stoba Group embarks on a new era with PHINIA

Oppenhoff provided comprehensive legal advice to the shareholders of the internationally active stoba Group (Backnang, Germany) on the proposed sale of all shares in the company to PHINIA Inc. (Michigan, USA).

Led by Dr. Barnim von den Steinen and Dr. Gunnar Knorr, Oppenhoff advised the shareholders of the stoba Group on the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. 

The stoba Group, founded in 1961, is a global technology partner for high-precision components, systems and customized manufacturing solutions.
