Automotive & Mobility: Dr. Philipp Heinrichs Takes Over as Head of the Sector Group

Dr. Philipp Heinrichs will take over as Head of the Automotive & Mobility Sector Group effective 1 July 2026. He succeeds Stephan König, who has led the sector group until now.

Philipp Heinrichs brings many years of experience advising companies in the mobility sector. His practice focuses in particular on corporate law matters and transactions involving German mid-sized companies, including numerous automotive suppliers. He also advises on cross-border reorganisations in the context of restructurings as well as complex corporate transactions. His clients include numerous renowned automotive suppliers, automotive manufacturers and international investors.
