Sebastian Gutmann advises German and foreign enterprises on all questions of corporate law and in the field of insurance supervision law. In particular, he provides legal support during national and international M&A transactions.

 

Education

Sebastian Gutmann has been an attorney at Oppenhoff since 2019. He studied law at the University of Cologne. During his studies he worked at a medium-sized law firm specializing in civil law. During his legal internship Sebastian Gutmann completed stations at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in Berlin and at the law firms of Luther Rechtsanwalts GmbH in Düsseldorf (Mergers & Acquisitions) and Hall Booth Smith, P.C. in Atlanta, USA (Business Transactions).
