Jennifer Bold has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2020. She studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and previously already worked as a research assistant in Oppenhoff’s employment law department. Jennifer Bold completed her legal internship, inter alia, in the legal department of Breuninger in the area of employment law and compliance.
Jennifer Bold works in the area of employment law. She advises national and international companies on all areas of individual and collective labour law, in particular on the drafting, implementation and termination of employment and service contracts as well as on business and company co-determination. A further focus of her work is providing employment law advice on corporate restructuring and M&A transactions.
