Raphael Griemert advises enterprises and private clients on all questions of corporate and real estate management law. His work especially includes the provision of legal assistance during M&A transactions in a national and international context. A further focus of his work is advice to private individuals on property-related matters. He also works in close cooperation with the firm’s notarial practice.
Raphael Griemert has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2022. He studied law at the Universities of Tübingen and Marburg and worked as a research assistant for large national and international law firms in the banking and banking supervisory law sectors, as well as private clients. Raphael Griemert completed his legal training at, among others, Oppenhoff and a further international law in the field of white collar and internal investigations.
