Dorian Beghin has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2022. He studied law at the University of Bielefeld, with a focus on commercial law. Parallel to studying, he completed a four-term language course in Italian specialist terminology and subsequently worked at an international commercial law firm in Milan. Upon completing his studies he graduated as Dr. jur. and worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Civil Law, Civil Procedural Law, Insolvency Law and Corporate Law under Prof. Dr. Florian Jacoby. During his legal training, Dorian Beghin worked at leading insolvency administrators, among others.
Dorian Beghin advises and represents German and foreign companies on all questions of German and European corporate law and insolvency law, with a focus on insolvency avoidance law. He also has experience in restructurings.
