Daniel Gorks advises and represents medium-sized and large companies on all questions of individual and collective employment law. In addition to providing ongoing advice on individual employment law matters, he particularly focuses on company codetermination. Daniel Gorks has special expertise in the legal aspects of staff representation and in the enforcement of dismissals due to illness.
Daniel Gorks has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since February 2022. Prior thereto, he was a lawyer in the employment law department of Kümmerlein, Simon & Partner in Essen.
