Caroline Hartmann has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2026. She studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and worked as a research assistant specialising in employment law at a leading international law firm. Before joining Oppenhoff, she also practised as a lawyer at a leading international law firm.

Caroline Hartmann advises and represents national and international companies on all matters relating to individual and collective employment law, as well as international employment law. Her work focuses in particular on providing employment law support for restructuring and transformation projects, as well as advising on matters relating to works council law. A particular focus of her work lies in transactional employment law and providing employment law support for national and international M&A transactions. In addition, Caroline Hartmann advises companies on negotiations with employee representatives, particularly regarding the reconciliation of interests, social plans and works agreements.
