Alexander Kronenberg has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2022. He studied law at the Universities of Cologne and Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne) and worked as a research assistant in the Institute for International and Foreign Private Law under Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Mansel at the University of Cologne, where he earned the title of Dr. iur. During his legal internship, Alexander Kronenberg worked at, among others, an international commercial law firm in Düsseldorf and a law firm in Thessaloniki.
Experience
Alexander Kronenberg advises and represents German and foreign companies on matters of contract law and on commercial and corporate law. Within the scope of his work on the Latin America Desk, he also assists in the counselling of cross-border projects with a Latin-American connection. Alexander Kronenberg additionally has experience in the field of international and foreign private law.
