Anika Hellmann


Anika Hellmann advises and represents German and foreign companies in the fields of intellectual property, copyright and unfair competition law. In addition to out-of-court contract drafting and dispute resolution, her activities also include the enforcement and defence of claims before the state courts.



Anika Hellmann has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2019. After studying law at the University of Cologne, she completed her legal training in Bonn. As part of her legal training, Ms. Hellmann held positions at the ARD legal editorial office in Karlsruhe as well as in a law firm specialising in competition and media law, where Ms. Hellmann was particularly active in the areas of trademark law and copyright law.

During her studies, Anika Hellmann first worked in a law firm specialising in civil law in Cologne, and later as a research assistant in the field of succession, assets, foundations at Oppenhoff & Partner. Before joining the firm as a lawyer, Ms. Hellmann also worked as a legal assistant in our law firm in the field of intellectual property law.
