M&A strengthens M&A practice with new partner

Jan Möller is transferring from Clifford Chance where he was a Counsel. The 37-year-old is specialised in M&A, joint ventures and reorganisations. In particular, he advises clients in the healthcare industry and the wholesale and retail industries. Most recently, he was involved inter alia in the counselling of Media-Saturn in its acquisition of Redcoon, of Pfizer in its bid for ratiopharm, and of the Bayer subsidiary Bayer HealthCare in its acquisition of the prescription drugs (OTC) business from the US group Sagmel.

Möller was also Co-Head of the Japan Group of Clifford Chance in Germany. Among the clients advised by him are several European headquarters of Japanese Nikkei 225 enterprises, which he advised on corporate acquisitions, reorganisations and on general questions of corporate law.
He will take up his position as a partner of Oppenhoff & Partner on 1 November 2011.
